No real fringe benefits. A very basic package with no frills. Required to work beyond 5.30pm and ocassion tasks on weekends which are not compensated for. Career progression is slow and the salary is much lower versus my peers. Work requires juggling multiple porjects constantly, a strong sense of accountability and competence.
