- To prepare memo in/out
- To incharge the incoming and outgoing mail
- To liase with provider (training)- for
registration, confirmation, payment
- To coordinate training
- To liase with finance dept (payment to
provider)
- To assist manager when needed
- To incharge admnistration work
- To deal with staffs - informing the
confirmation for attending the training.
- To record the Employees Feedback form (after
the training session)
- To file all the documents of training such as
memo, training form, training information\’s
provider, feedback form,certificates
list of upcoming training/ training calendar
- To assist superior in getting the trainers for
in-house training
