The job security here are seems okay because the company have low turnover rate.
Work life are well balanced off because of 5 days work per week. Seldom stays for the night. However, done a >24 hours project for 3 days.
Career growth can b classified as slow paces due to lots of large projects pending for a long run.
Colleagues are helpful all the way. No political war. This leads to a nice working environment.
Location are well placed. However, one person required to handle variety of tasks.
Its a backdrop for no annual bonus for me. I deserves more than 2k.
